To make Apple Sauce Crazy Cake you will need
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 | cups | All-purpose flour | | 1/3 | cups | Sugar | | 1 | teaspoon | Baking powder | | 1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon | | 1/2 | teaspoons | Baking soda | | 1/4 | teaspoons | Salt | | 1/4 | teaspoons | Cloves | | 1/4 | teaspoons | Nutmeg | | 1 1/4 | cups | Unsweetened Apple Sauce | | 1/3 | cups | Oil | | 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla | | 1/2 | cups | Raisins | | 1/2 | cups | Chopped nuts |
Instructions
Heat oven to 350F.
In 8 or 9-inch pan, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, baking
soda, salt cloves and nutmeg; blend well.
Stir in apple sauce, oil and vanilla; mix well. Stir in raisins and nuts.
Bake at 350F for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center
comes out clean.
