Apples and Oat Cereal recipe

To make Apples and Oat Cereal you will need
Ingredients
| 4 | cups | Water | | 1 1/3 | cups | Oat bran | | 1/2 | cups | Raisins | | 1 | | Apple, shredded | | 1 | tablespoon | Maple syrup | | 1/2 | teaspoons | Ground caraway seeds | | 1/2 | teaspoons | Ground cinnamon | | 1 | cup | (1-2) Skim milk |
Instructions
In a 2-quart saucepan, bring the water and oat bran to a vigorous boil,
stirring constantly. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 2 minutes,
stirring frequently, until thick. Remove from heat and stir in the raisins,
apples, maple syrup, caraway, and cinnamon. Let stand 5 minutes. Spoon into
bowls and serve with the milk.
