Apple Peach Apricot Chutney recipe

 
 


To make Apple Peach Apricot Chutney you will need

Ingredients

5 medium Green apples, cored, peeled, chopped
1 cup Dried peaches
1 cup Dried apricots
1/2 cups Golden raisins
4 Cloves garlic, minced
2 cups Wine vinegar
2 1/2 cups Sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
1/2 teaspoons Red chili pepper, ground

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in sauce pan and bring to boil. Reduce heat and
simmer for 30 minutes.

Place in food processer and lightly process so that there are chunks about
1/2 inch in size.

Place in glass container and let stand in refrigerator for at least 2 days.
