To make Apple Nut Pound Cake you will need
Ingredients
| 3 | | Eggs | | 2 | teaspoons | Baking soda | | 1 1/2 | cups | Oil | | 1 | teaspoon | Salt | | 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla | | 3 | cups | Diced apples | | 3 | cups | Flour | | 1 | cup | Walnuts | | 2 | cups | Sugar |
Instructions
Beat eggs. Add oil, vanilla & dry ingredients. Fold in apples & walnuts.
Bake in greased & floured tube pan at 350 for 1 1/4 hrs.
