Apple Macadamia Bake recipe

To make Apple Macadamia Bake you will need
Ingredients
| 1/4 | cups | All-purpose flour | | 1/4 | cups | Sugar | | 1/4 | cups | Firmly packed brown sugar | | 3 | tablespoons | Coarsely chopped macadamias; walnuts, or pecans | | 1/8 | teaspoons | Ground cinnamon | | 2 1/2 | tablespoons | Butter or margarine; cut into small pieces | | 7 | cups | Peeled & thinly sliced cooking apple | | 2 | tablespoons | Apricot preserves |
Instructions
Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Cut in margarine with a pastry
blender until mixture is crumbly. Place thinly sliced apple in a lightly
greased 8-inch square baking dish; drop apricot preserves by teaspoonfuls
onto apple slices, and sprinkle evenly with flour mixture. Bake at 375° for
35 minutes or until golden.
Makes 6 servings. Kitchen Express: Substitute 2 (12-ounce) packages frozen
scalloped apples, thawed, for fresh apples.
