To make Apple Kugel for Pesach you will need
Ingredients
| 5 | | Eggs seperated | | 5 | | Yellow apples; peeled, (up to 6) | | 1/2 | cups | Sugar | | 1 | | Lemon; (3 tablespoons) , juice of | | 4 | tablespoons | Potato starch | | 1/2 | cups | Chopped nuts; (optional) |
Instructions
Beat egg whites until stiff. Grate apples on large holes of grater.Beat egg
yolks with remaining ingredients. Mix in apples. Fold in egg whites. Bake
in greased 8"x8" pan at 350* for 1 hour.
