Apple Crisp recipe

 
 


To make Apple Crisp you will need

Ingredients

6 Tart apples peeled; cored and thinly sliced
1/2 Lemon; juice of
1 cup Flour
1 cup Sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons Ground cinnamin
1/4 teaspoons Ground cloves
1/2 teaspoons Salt
1 Stick cold; unsalted butter

Instructions


Place the apple slices in an 8 inch cake pan and toss with lemon juice.
Press down to even out the apples.

Prepare the topping by combining all the dry ingredients first. Then cut
in the butter until the mixture resembles a coarse meal. (This works really
well in a food processor.) Spread the topping evenly over the apples and
press down. Bake about 1 hour in a 350 degree oven.
