To make Apple Coleslaw you will need
Ingredients
| 1 | small | Head of cabbage, shredded or | | | Thinly sliced | | 1 | large | Apple cubed | | 2 | tablespoons | Sugar | | 1 | teaspoon | Grated orange peel | | 1/8 | teaspoons | Cinnamon | | 1/8 | teaspoons | Cloves (if desired) | | 1/2 | teaspoons | Salt | | 1/2 | cups | Mayonnaise or Sour Cream | | 1 | teaspoon | Lemon juice |
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; toss lightly.
