Apple Coleslaw recipe

To make Apple Coleslaw you will need
Ingredients
| 1/2 | cups | Plain; nonfat yogurt, drained overnight in a coffee filter in the refridgerator | | 2 | teaspoons | Sugar | | 1 | teaspoon | Prepared horseradish | | 1 | teaspoon | Prepared mustard | | 1/8 | teaspoons | Salt | | 1 | dash | Pepper | | 1 | medium | Apple; cored and chopped | | 1 1/2 | cups | Shredded cabbage | | 1/4 | cups | Shredded carrot | | 1/4 | cups | Thinly sliced green onion |
Instructions
Combine first 6 ingredients. Add
apple, stir to coat well. Stir in rest of ingredients, until evenly mixed
and coated. Cover and chill at least 3 hours or overnight. Makes 4
servings
