Apple Coffee Cake recipe

To make Apple Coffee Cake you will need
Ingredients
| 3 | | Apples; chopped into 1/2-inch chunks | | 1/2 | cups | Butter or margarine | | 1 1/2 | cups | Sugar | | 2 | | Eggs | | 1 | cup | Milk | | 3 | cups | All-purpose flour | | 1 | teaspoon | Salt | | 3 | teaspoons | Baking powder |
| | CRUMB MIXTURE | | | | 1/2 | cups | Flour | | 1/2 | cups | Sugar | | 1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon | | 1 | dash | Nutmeg | | 1/4 | cups | Butter or margarine |
Instructions
Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs and milk. Sift dry ingredients
together. Stir into creamed mixture. Stir in about 1/2 of the chopped apple
chunks. Pour batter into greased 9-by-13-inch pan. Top with remaining
chopped apples. Sprinkle crumb mixture evenly over top. Bake at 350 degrees
for about
30 minutes.
For Crumb Mixture: Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg together. Cut
butter into above mixture until crumbly.
