To make Apple Cider Cinnamon Bread you will need
Ingredients
| 2 1/4 | teaspoons | Active Dry Yeast | | 3 | cups | Bread Flour | | 1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon | | 2 | tablespoons | Brown Sugar | | 1 | tablespoon | Wonderslim; *see NOTE | | 1 | teaspoon | Salt | | 1 1/4 | cups | Apple Cider; or applejuice |
Instructions
*NOTE: The original recipe used 2 T butter.
Put in bread baking pan per manufacturer's directions and bake. I used
light crust.
NOTES : Original called for 2 T oil.
