Apple Bundt Cake recipe

To make Apple Bundt Cake you will need
Ingredients
| 3 | cups | Flour | | 4 | | Eggs | | 2 | cups | Sugar | | 1/2 | cups | Salad oil | | 3 | cups | 4 apples; chopped | | 2 | teaspoons | Vanilla | | 1 | teaspoon | Salt | | 1 | teaspoon | Soda | | 1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon | | 1 | cup | Ch. walnuts |
Instructions
1. Sift dry ingredients.
2. Beat eggs well, add sugar and oil and beat.
3. Add flour mixture, vanilla, apples & nuts.
4. Mix well. Spray bundt pan with Pam.
5. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or until done. Or cook 50 min. Convection
Bake
6. Cool in pan 10 minutes. I use 4 apples.
GLAZE: 1 stick of oleo. 2 tsp. of milk 3. 1/2 cup light brown sugar
Combine above and boil 2 minutes, stirring continuously.
