Apple Blossom Cake recipe

To make Apple Blossom Cake you will need
Ingredients
| 3 | cups | All-purpose flour | | 1 | tablespoon | Baking powder | | 1 1/2 | teaspoons | Baking soda | | 1 | teaspoon | Cloves | | 1 | teaspoon | Nutmeg | | 1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon | | 1 | teaspoon | Salt | | 2 | cups | Sugar | | 1 1/2 | cups | Vegetable cooking oil | | 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla extract | | 3 | | Eggs | | 3 | cups | Apples; diced and unpared | | 1 | cup | Pecans; chopped |
Instructions
Sift dry ingredients into large bowl. Pour oil, vanilla and eggs into
mixture. Beat with spoon until mixed. Add apples and pecans. Place in
greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool
cake on wire rack.
