Apple Blossom Cake recipe

To make Apple Blossom Cake you will need
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 | cups | Oil | | 3 | cups | Flour (don't sift) | | 1 | teaspoon | Soda | | 1/2 | teaspoons | Cloves | | 1/2 | teaspoons | Nutmeg | | 1/2 | teaspoons | Cinnamon | | 2 | cups | Sugar | | 3 | | Eggs | | 1 | teaspoon | Salt | | 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla | | 3 | cups | Chopped apples; unpeeled |
Instructions
Mix all ingredients except apples with mixer. Fold in apples. Bake in Bundt
pan at 350 for 1 hour 15 minutes. Grease & flour pan very well so apples
won't stick.
