Apple and Sage Chutney recipe

To make Apple and Sage Chutney you will need
Ingredients
| 1/3 | cups | Onion; thinly sliced | | 2 1/2 | pounds | Apple; tart, coarsely chopped | | 1 | cup | Apple cider; or apple juice | | 1/2 | cups | Light brown sugar; packed | | 1/3 | cups | Dried cherries | | 1/2 | cups | Golden raisins | | 1/3 | cups | Dates; chopped | | 6 | tablespoons | White wine vinegar | | 2 | | Cloves garlic; minced | | 1/2 | cups | Sage; chopped |
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in heavy saucepan. Cook until thick.
