Appetizer Roll-Ups recipe

To make Appetizer Roll-Ups you will need
Ingredients
| 12 | ounces | Cream cheese | | 1/2 | cups | Shredded carrot | | 1/2 | cups | Shredded zucchini | | 2 | teaspoons | Dill weed | | 1/2 | teaspoons | Pepper | | 1/2 | pounds | Thinly sliced fully cooked ham | | 1/2 | pounds | Thinly sliced cooked turkey |
Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, carrot, zucchini, dill and pepper.
Spread about 2 tablespoonfuls on each slice of ham and turkey. Roll up
tightly; wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight. Slice into 1 1/2 inch
pieces. Yield: 3 to 4 dozen.
