Appalachian Mountain Cobbler recipe

To make Appalachian Mountain Cobbler you will need
Ingredients
| 1 | cup | Flour | | 1 1/2 | teaspoons | Baking powder | | 1/2 | teaspoons | Salt | | 3/4 | cups | Sugar | | 1 | cup | Milk | | 1/2 | teaspoons | Vanilla | | 1/2 | cups | Butter or margarine | | 4 | cups | Fresh or canned fruit or berries, drained | | 1 | cup | Fruit juice |
Instructions
Mix until smooth the dry ingredients with the milk and vanilla. Melt butter
in 8 x 10" baking pan. Pour batter over melted butter. Place over batter
the fruit. Pour over the top, 1 cup fruit juice. Bake in preheated 350
degree oven for 30-35 mins. until light brown.
