To make Angel Hair Pasta With Tomato and Basil Sauce for 6 you will need
Ingredients
| 7 | medium | Tomatoes, skinned & coarsely chopped | | 8 | ounces | Angel hair pasta | | 3 | tablespoons | Olive oil | | 1/3 | cups | Basil, chopped | | 1/4 | cups | Parsley, chopped | | 2 | | Scallions, minced | | 1/3 | cups | Green olives, sliced | | | Salt & pepper |
Instructions
Cook & drain the pasta. In a serving bowl, combine the pasta with the
tomatoes & remaining ingredients. Toss & serve immediately. NOTE: In place
of green olives, use black olives, same amount.
