Angel Hair Pasta with Sun Dried Tomatoes recipe

To make Angel Hair Pasta with Sun Dried Tomatoes you will need
Ingredients
| 1 | pound | Oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes; drained | | 2 | cups | Boiling water | | 3 | | Cloves garlic | | 1/4 | teaspoons | Salt | | 1/4 | teaspoons | Ground hot red pepper; (cayenne) (up to 1/2) | | 1 | pound | Dried angel-hair pasta |
Instructions
1. Remove one-quarter of tomatoes and finely slice. Combine remaining
tomatoes, boiling water, garlic, salt and hot red pepper in blender. Whirl
until smooth, scraping down sides of blender with rubber spatula as needed.
2. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain well. Toss pasta with
tomato puree and sliced tomatoes in large bowl.
Makes 8 appetizer servings.
