To make Angel Hair Appetizer you will need
Ingredients
| 1 | pound | Sundried tomatoes -- packed | | | In oil | | | With 1/4 cup of oil -- from | | | Jar | | 1 | pound | Feta cheese -- crumbled | | 2 | bunches | Fresh cilantro or parsley -- | | | Coarsely chopped | | 8 | ounces | Angel hair pasta |
Instructions
Combine first 3 ingredients and set aside. Cook pasta till al dente, the
drain and toss with sauce. Serve warm or cold. Serves 8 as appetizer or
side dish.
