Angel Food Pie Recipe

To make Angel Food Pie for 6 you will need
Ingredients
| 4 | | Egg whites | | 1/2 | cups | Sugar | | 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla | | 1 | cup | Chopped pecans | | | Whipped topping |
Instructions
Beat egg whites until almost stiff. Add sugar & vanilla slowly. Beat until
mixture stands alone. Pour into baked pie shell. Bake at 300 until whites
are slightly browned, about 30 minutes. Remove from oven & cool. Top with
whipped topping. Sprinkle with pecans. Keep in refrigerator.
