To make Angel Food Cake Topping you will need
Ingredients
| 1 | | Egg white | | 1 | cup | Sugar | | 1 | package | (10-oz) frozen strawberries, *, half thawed |
Instructions
*(you may use red raspberries) Combine all ingredients. Beat in electric
mixer for at least 30 minutes. Makes a delicious topping for a white cake.
But 30 minutes? Thank goodness for stand mixers. :-))
