Angel Food Cake Recipe

To make angel food cake you will need
Ingredients
| 11 | | Egg white | | 10 1/2 | oz | Sugar | | 4 1/4 | oz | Flour | | 1 | teaspoon | Cream of tartar | | 1/8 | teaspoons | Salt | | 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
Instructions
Sift the dry ingredients together 4 times. Beat the egg whites until dry.
Fold dry ingredients into eggs. Add flavoring and bake at 250-F for 1 hour.
This cake should be baked in an ungreased angel food pan.
This will make 12 servings of angel food cake.
