To make Angel Food Cake Ala Mode with Berries and Grand Marnier for 4 you will need
Ingredients
| 2 | cups | Blueberries | | 1 | tablespoon | Sugar | | 2 | tablespoons | Grand Marnier | | 4 | | Slices angel food cake | | 4 | | Scoops vanilla ice cream |
Instructions
In a bowl mix berries with sugar and Grand Marnier.
On each plate, set a slice of cake and top it with a scoop
of ice
cream. Spoon berry mixture over and around the cake.
