Angel Crisps recipe

To make Angel Crisps you will need
Ingredients
| 1/2 | cups | Sugar | | 1/2 | cups | Brown sugar | | 1 | cup | Shortening | | 1 | | Egg | | 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla | | 1 | teaspoon | Cream of tartar | | 2 | cups | Flour | | 1/2 | teaspoons | Salt | | 1 | teaspoon | Baking soda |
Instructions
Cream sugar, brown sugar and shortening. Add vanilla and egg. Blend until
fluffy. Add the dry ingredients; blend. Roll teaspoonfuls into balls. Dip
into water and then into granulated sugar. Lay on cookie sheet, sugar side
up, then flatten with a glass. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
