To make Ancini Di Pepe Salad you will need
Ingredients
| 1/2 | | Box anicini di pepe macaroni | | 2 | cans | Crushed pineapple in juice; 20 oz each | | 2 | cans | Mandarin oranges in juice; 11 oz each | | 1 | | Jar maraschino cherries | | 12 | ounces | Cool Whip Lite | | 3/4 | cups | Sugar | | 1/2 | cups | Egg Beaters 99% egg substitute | | 3 | tablespoons | Cornstarch |
Instructions

Drain all fruit juices into a saucepan. Add sugar, egg substitute &
cornstarch. Stir together & cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until
thick. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain & combine hot
macaroni & sauce. Cool at least 4 hours. Fold in drained fruit & Cool
Whip.
