Anadama Bread Number Five recipe

 
 


To make Anadama Bread Number Five you will need

Ingredients

1 cup Boiling water
1/2 cups Corn meal
1/4 cups Molasses
3 tablespoons Margerine
2 tablespoons White granulated sugar
1 Egg
3 cups Bread flour
1/2 teaspoons Salt
1/2 tablespoons Dry yeast (not rapid rise)

Instructions

Combine water, corn meal, molasses, margerine, and sugar in a bowl. Stir
until margerine dissolves. Cool to room temperature.

In bread machine basket place flour and salt. Add the egg. Pour the cooled
liquid on top.

Place bread basket in machine. Put yeast in yeast dispenser. Select white
bread, sandwich mode. This will take four hours.
