To make Ammonite Chowder you will need

| 6 1/2 | cups | Canned tomatoes; peeled | | 3 | medium | Onions; diced | | 6 | | Carrots; peeled, sliced | | 4 | medium | Potatoes; peeled, sliced | | 3 | | Jalapeno peppers; peeled, deveined, sliced | | 2 | tablespoons | Beef bouillon | | 5 | pounds | Ammonites* | | 1 | cup | Butter; melted | | 3 1/4 | cups | Canned corn | | 1 | teaspoon | Salt; or to taste | | 13 | cups | Water | | 1 | dash | Tabasco; or to taste |
