Amish Cake recipe

To make Amish Cake you will need
Ingredients
| 2 | | Eggs | | 2 | cups | Sugar | | 1 | large | Crushed pineapple | | 2 | cups | Flour | | 1 | teaspoon | Baking soda | | 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla extract | | 1 | cup | Walnuts; chopped |
| | FROSTING; (TOPPING | | | | 12 | ounces | Cool Whip® | | 1 | small | Vanilla instant pudding mix | | 1 | large | Crushed pineapple |
Instructions
Beat the eggs and sugar together. Add the rest of the ingredients. Using a
greased and floured 9x13-inch pan, bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or
until done.
FROSTING (TOPPING) Mix all ingredients together. Blend together, and frost
well-cooled cake.
