To make American Pancakes and waffles you will need
Ingredients
| 2 | | Eggs | | 2 | fl oz | Oil | | 16 | fl oz | Buttermilk | | 8 1/2 | oz | Flour | | 2 | tablespoons | Sugar | | 2 | teaspoons | Baking powder | | 1 | teaspoon | bicarbonate of soda | | 1 | dash | Salt |
Instructions
Slightly beat eggs. Stir in oil and buttermilk. Sift dry ingredients together and stir in. Bake in greased waffle iron or in hot frying pan.
