American Lamb Cassoulet recipe

 
 


To make American Lamb Cassoulet you will need

Ingredients

10 ounces Canned diced tomatoes with green chiles
1/2 cups Scallions; sliced
1 Clove garlic; minced
1 teaspoon Beef bouillon granules
1 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning; crushed
1 cup Tomato sauce
3/4 pounds Lamb shoulder; cut into 3/4 inch cubes
1 medium Zucchini; halved lengthwise and sliced
1 pound Canned Great Northern beans; drained
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 15 min.

Instructions

Combine all ingredients, except zucchini and beans, in a microwave
casserole. Cover and microwave on high 3 minutes. Remove cover and stir.
Continue to microwave another 4 minutes. Stir in zucchini and beans and
microwave another 6-7 minutes, until meat is cooked throughout.
