American Lamb Cassoulet recipe

To make American Lamb Cassoulet you will need
Ingredients
| 10 | ounces | Canned diced tomatoes with green chiles | | 1/2 | cups | Scallions; sliced | | 1 | | Clove garlic; minced | | 1 | teaspoon | Beef bouillon granules | | 1 | teaspoon | Italian herb seasoning; crushed | | 1 | cup | Tomato sauce | | 3/4 | pounds | Lamb shoulder; cut into 3/4 inch cubes | | 1 | medium | Zucchini; halved lengthwise and sliced | | 1 | pound | Canned Great Northern beans; drained | | Prep: | 10 | min, Cook: 15 min. |
Instructions
Combine all ingredients, except zucchini and beans, in a microwave
casserole. Cover and microwave on high 3 minutes. Remove cover and stir.
Continue to microwave another 4 minutes. Stir in zucchini and beans and
microwave another 6-7 minutes, until meat is cooked throughout.
