To make American Chop Suey Number Two you will need
Ingredients
| 1 | pound | Ground beef | | 2 | cups | Celery; chopped | | 1 | small | Onion; chopped | | 1 | can | Mushrooms | | 1 | can | Cream of chicken soup | | 1 1/2 | cups | Water | | 4 | tablespoons | Soy sauce | | 1/2 | cups | Rice | | 1 | can | Chop suey noodles |
Instructions
Brown beef, and add celery and onion and simmer. Add mushrooms, soup, and 1
1/2 cup water, soy sauce, and rice. Bake for 1 hour. Put Chop Suey noodles
on top and bake for 15 minutes more.
