Almond Raisin Fudge Sauce Recipe

To make almond-raisin fudge sauce you will need
Ingredients
| 2 | oz | Unsalted butter | | 2 | ounces | plain chocolate | | 1 | oz | Unsweetened cocoa powder | | 5 1/4 | oz | Sugar | | 5 1/4 | fl oz | Whipping cream | | pinches | Salt | | 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla extract | | 2 1/2 | oz | Raisins -- coarsely chopped | | 1 1/4 | oz | Chopped or slivered almonds, toasted |
Instructions
In a heavy small saucepan, melt butter and chocolate over low heat. Stir in
cocoa, sugar, cream, and salt. Bring slowly to a boil. Remove from heat and
add vanilla, raisins and almonds. Serve warm or at room temperature.
