All-Bran Fruit Loaf Recipe

To make all-bran fruit loaf you will need
Ingredients
| 8 | fl oz | Milk | | 5 1/4 | oz | Dried mixed fruit | | 7 | oz | Sugar | | 5 1/4 | oz | All-bran | | 4 1/4 | oz | Flour |
Instructions
Soak first four ingredients together for at least 1 hour. Mix the flour in
well, and put into a greased lined loaf tin and bake for approximately 1
hour at 375F.
Notes: The all-bran fruit loaf is delicious served in slices with a little butter or margarine on.
If you wrap the all-bran fruit loaf in foil and keep for a few days (if it lasts that long) the flavour gets even better.
