To make after dinner chocolate for 4 people you will need
Ingredients
| 16 | fl oz | Water | | 4 | ounces | plain chocolate; chopped | | 3 | tablespoons | mint liquer (like creme de menthe | | 2 | fl oz | Whipping cream | | | Orange peel; finely grated |
Instructions
1. Combine water and chocolate in a small saucepan; cook and stir just till
boiling. Remove from heat; stir in liqueur. Beat cream in a
small chilled mixing bowl with an electric mixer on low to medium speed
till soft peaks form. Top each serving with whipped cream; sprinkle with
orange peel, if desired.
2. The orange peel is optional. You can use Amaretto or vanilla extract in
place of the liquer if desired
After dinner chocolate is the perfect end to a dinner party.
