This nappy is ideal for newborn babies as it is trim-fitting.
It has three layers of lovely soft, stretchy, long loop unbleached terry towelling in the middle and two inner layers made from 100% cotton jersey (the same fabric typically used for T-shirts) which stays soft with repeated washing and allows you the option of having a 100% natural product next to your baby's skin. The 'wings' simply wrap over the baby's waist and can be held in place with either just a snug-fitting wrap or a Nappi Nippa. Gentle covered elastic at the back of the waist and at the legs gives a comfortable but snug fit to ensure good containment.
The Diddy Diaper will fit from around 4lb (1.8Kg) and the front can be folded down to achieve a customised fit on a tiny baby. Because the 'wings' are long there is good adjustability to suit all shapes of babies. The nappy should fit until around 17lb (7.7Kg. You can use boosters to increase the absorbency of the nappy towards the higher end of the weight range if necessary
Made from unbleached terry with an unbleached cotton jersey inner only.
This nappy does require a wrap, the small Nature Babies Classic Covers are ideal for these.
Wash at 60C, can be tumbled on low.
