Time2Change Refund was for excess postage. If we charge more at checkout than the P&P actually costs we always refund the difference.

Thanks for the really quick delivery of the ella’s house hemp nappies. Just wanted to say how pleased I am with them. I have used hemp inserts in pocket nappies before but not as a full nappy., they are great! Lovely and slim fitting and very, very absorbent. Good price too.

I have recently ordered 50 of your fleece washable wipes and they are fantastic! I also brewed up a recipe for the wipe solution (the lavender one) and my daughter's skin has never been so good. I just wish everyone would do the same - it is so easy and convenient and she smells beautiful too!
